Misleading Business — Would Not Do Business I bought two tires here and kept having a shaking issue. At first I thought it was my wheels, but I had the wheels and balance checked and everything was fine. After coming back and exchanging the tires, in which I paid $50 extra to get a better brand, the second tire had the same defect! Therefore, came back again and returned their tires and was told that they will work with the manufacturer to issue a refund. Meantime, I bought replacement tires from another shop and the shaking completely stopped, which confirmed the tires from this store were the issue. And both! Which makes me think their whole stock is DEFECTIVE. Days later, even after I returned the tires, I still haven’t received my refund. They keep telling me it’s “being processed,” but they haven’t provided any receipt, document, or proof showing that a refund was actually initiated. Whatever issue they have with their merchant or supplier should be handled on their end, not passed on to the customer after the tires have already been returned. I had a great experience at Planet Motorsport! I purchased four new tires and had an alignment done, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Omar was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. He answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. My car drives great now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Planet Motorsport, and be sure to ask for Omar!

Rate this place a 0 if I could. Took my 4x4 truck that there cause it has a lift kit and spoke to Omar and ask him if he can do a alignment on my truck with that lift kit ? He then said, let me put it on the rack and let me check it first, take a seat. When he came back to talk to me he said I already adjusted one part and needed to adjust a other part to finish. He Never came back to say yes or no or you need this or that. He just did it. After he did it, he gave me a print out sheet of the alignment in a black and white photo copy paper. And being black and white, it doesn't show the adjusted numbers clear. The color boxes would show you the adjustment and numbers and how close you can get it in green, yellow, or red ..instead he take a picture of screen with his phone And shows you SMH. What kind of business is that? Anyways he said I have 90 day warranty bring it back if it pulls in any way. So I Brought my truck back already a couple of times because it pulls to the the right. but know he making excuses that it’s my lift kit and does not want to fix it to the specs. He Just wants try to adjust to OEM specs but it’s not the same. I tried to talk to him to see what we can do. E

I have to give them 5 stars because they definitely gave me the best deal I could find when it came to lifting my truck and installing new tires. Even their insight on which tires to buy, they didn’t just try and up sell me on expensive brands even though I had my eyes on one. They were also very accommodating and welcoming. I’ve tightened my suspension and rotated my tires x2 for free, a nice comp when you purchase from them.
